  I am from Pakistan. and after getting youtube banned from ISP we pakistanis were unable to use youtube. But after spending some time on internet i fount a tweek for this problem. You can Download this software. Just install it and there will be a green icon on the right top side of the browser . if it is red just click on it and click connect and then it will turn into green icon and then all you want to do is goto Youtube.com and it'll be working without any problem and you can also download videos from youtube.com using this software.
